Modern decor throughout the hotel.
I faced several issues during my stay. The motion detector thermostat in my room caused the air conditioning to shut off while I was sleeping, leading to a very uncomfortable night. Waking up sweaty in the middle of the night was not what I expected. Additionally, the soap dispensers were difficult to use and made it frustrating to wash up after a long day.

staying at tru by hilton was a great experience. the room was good-sized and had a really comfortable bed. i loved the modern decor throughout the hotel. we enjoyed the continental breakfast and the small selection of hot items was nicely cooked. the staff, especially maureen, were super helpful and friendly.

We found it super convenient to have a pet-friendly place that let us check in early, which was a lifesaver moving out of our house for insulation work. The breakfast had a good variety, including hot options, and we loved the cozy seating areas to relax. The only downside was the soap bottles.
